Refund policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery to you, of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit.

  • ALL ITEMS SOLD 30% OFF OR MORE ARE FINAL SALE
  • ALL ITEMS MARKED 'FINAL SALE' ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
  • Seasonal (Holiday) Items are final sale 

 RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Items with price ending in .99 are final sale (We price this way so it is easy to see what is final sale!)
  • All original tags must be attached. 
  • Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition. In the event that damaged, worn items are returned, a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return,
  1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return
  2. Harlen Henrick cannot offer free returns at this time. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)!
  3. Email contact@harlenhenrick.com to notify us that a return is on its way and include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.) 
  4. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for us to process your return and 100% store credit.
  5. You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
