Refund policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery to you, of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit.

- ALL ITEMS MARKED 'FINAL SALE' ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
- Seasonal (Holiday) Items are final sale
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Items with price ending in .99 are final sale (We price this way so it is easy to see what is final sale!)
- All original tags must be attached.
- Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition. In the event that damaged, worn items are returned, a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return,
- Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return
- Harlen Henrick cannot offer free returns at this time. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)!
- Email contact@harlenhenrick.com to notify us that a return is on its way and include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for us to process your return and 100% store credit.
- You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
